the location is superb. i walked to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff were attentive. the receptionist suggested a fantastic place for dinner, open late, i had a delicious meal there.

the street can be a bit noisy at times.

the bus stop was really close. it was just outside the building. i could relax between tours thanks to it. the staff gave good tips. the receptionist, hugo, showed me around on the map.

i think the pillows wasnt good. they felt really hard. the bathroom door i saw did not close properly. i think it needed fixing. the walls also needs paint.

i loved how friendly the staff were they really were very good it reminded me of a home away from home the location was fantastic too matching my roman expectations the grand entrance impressed me so much

the person at check-in said there was a city tax of 7 euro per person to pay in cash i was tired i prepaid for the room it seemed like a scam for 14 euro to get the key the noise from the avenue bothered me all night long there are two bedrooms facing the avenue

the walls in the room needed some attention , as they had visible marks and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. this detracted slightly from the otherwise well kept appearance.
